A new tempura treat from Tokyo Tokyo.
It's ebi tempura made with red batter and chili powder (togarashi).
As expected, the tempura is well fried, not too oily and crunchy. The prawn inside is tender and fresh. The chili powder doesn't add anything exceptionial to the flavor save for some heat that more than whets the appetite.
