First bite of the Crispy Mandu

Fried Korean dumplings from BonChon, served with a soy-sesame dip. One can have it Classic (no glaze), Soy-Garlic, or Spicy, with or without rice. 

They're good! Perfectly fried, with a golden, crispy shell. The moist filling has a tasty mix of meat and spring onion flavors. The best part is the dip: nutty, salty, and umami.

All in all, not bad for a quick crunchy and savory fix.
