Quick bite of the Fried Pork Belly and Shrimp Sinigang

It's a new dish from Max's Restaurant.

It's a sour tamarind-based soup with vegetables, shrimp, and fried pork belly.

Delicious! The pork belly gives the sinigang a satisfying, adobo-tasting meat undertone that complements the sourness of the soup. Also, the shrimp are fresh and the vegetables are crisp.

All in all, this dish is a good choice for a hearty meal. Perfect with rice!
