The Summer Berry Panna Cotta Frappuccino is really the Strawberry Cream Frappuccino with panna cotta (cooked cream) underneath. The other one is the Dark Mocha Frappuccino with the same cooked cream at the bottom.
Are they good? Well, the panna cotta makes the two blends more interesting to drink by adding some texture. It's like drinking Frappuccino with taho. The Summer Berry variant has a cough syrup feel to it, no thanks to the artificial strawberry flavor. The Dark Mocha Panna Cotta Frappuccino is better only because Starbucks makes good dark mocha, and the panna cotta somehow complements this flavor well.
