It's Tokyo Tokyo's latest offering, its own version of barbecue.

Grilled skewered meat (chicken balls, beef meatballs, and bacon-wrapped crab sticks), smothered with teriyaki sauce.

Is it good? Hmmm, it's disappointing. The chicken and beef balls are the same: salty. Also, they feel too processed, taste and texture wise. As for the crab stick, well, it is almost bland, like your typical grocery-bought crab stick. And the bacon does not have the authentic smoky-salty flavor. The saving grace of the whole thing is the teriyaki sauce; it has a well-balanced savory-sweet taste that is more delicious when combined with the charred flavor of the grilled meat.

An order of the Tokyo-Q costs Php 145.

Try it and judge for yourself.
