Minced chicken, mixed with ham and lots of cheese, then coated with a light breading, then fried until golden brown.
Is it good? Hmmm, it's O-K; it's not bad, but not great either. The ham taste is the dominant component. Overall, it tastes like a-little-above-average chicken cordon bleu. We like the play of textures though, crunchy exterior coupled with a creamy interior.
