Is it good? No. The vanilla ice cream is too sweet. The caramel flavor is TOO subtle. The sea salt component is nonexistent. The Belgian chocolate does not taste rich and luxurious but dubious. And this Belgian chocolate coating crumbles easily, making the ice cream bar messy to eat.
