Roasted pork belly from Cebu y'all!

Presenting Bellychon: golden roasted pork belly that is flavored with lemongrass and herbs, served with liver sauce.

Is it good?  Well, it's not bad.  We like the skin, crispy and tasty.  The meat is juicy, but some parts are too salty.  And the Bellychon has too much fat, making us feel a little shortchanged.  The liver sauce?  Well, it tastes like Mang Tomas.

All in all, Bellychon is not mindblowing, not great enough.
