Cabbage spring rolls with a perfectly seasoned, sautéed-spinach filling (lots of onions and garlic), resting on a bed of fresh, crisp vegetables (greens, red bell pepper, and carrots). The rolls come with a very tasty aioli dip.
What we enjoyed was the coconut breading! Instead of bread crumbs, dessicated coconut was used. The unique coating added a welcome layer of sweet, roasted, nutty flavor. Yummy!
