Butter Mamon



It's by Red Ribbon.

Moist chiffon slices that have the just the right amount of sweetness. The thing is though, the butter flavor is not that pronounced. What we sensed was more custard than butter. We wished for just a little more saltiness, to have the complete butter taste.


And to think this Butter Mamon has already been improved...

  1. Red Ribbon will always be good as long as they maintain their quality.. so far all these years, their quality has been consistent although their empanada became smaller...
