Red Ribbon's Palabok

It's meaty, tasty, and really good. We loved the strong chicharon flavor and the very subtle seafood taste. We also liked the ample amount of meat bits and cubes to munch on, adding texture to the dish.

We just wished though that a serving didn't have too much sauce, making the noodles a little too soggy.

Perfect partner: Yummy Cheese Roll or Ensaymada.
