In terms of texture, the Mango Yogurt Cheesecake was a winner: the topping of crumbs and nuts and the bottom crust provided good contrast to the smooth, velvety center. But in terms of taste, this dessert was O-K. The taste was not punctuated, leaving us unsatisfied. Plus, the mixture of tart yogurt and slightly sour mango made the "cheese"cake weird. And dessert should not be weird but wonderful.
